Ordering

• By placing an order, you are offering to purchase products from Cards & Confetti.
• Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where products become unavailable, pricing errors occur, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours may vary slightly depending on device settings.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices on our website are displayed in Qatari Riyals (QAR).
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• We use secure payment processing for online transactions.

• Orders are delivered within 1-2 working days

Confetti Express 

• 50 QAR
• Guaranteed delivery by the next working day*

Delivery Updates

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

• Delivery updates via WhatsApp

Delivery Notes

• Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary.
• Some locations within Qatar may incur additional delivery charges.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
• Additional delivery fees may apply where redelivery is required.

Personalised & Bespoke Items

Personalised, custom-made, and made-to-order products are created specifically for you and therefore:

• Cannot be cancelled once production has begun
• Cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged

Returns & Refunds

Items eligible for return must:

• Be unused
• Be in original packaging
• Be returned within 14 days of receiving your order

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

Please contact us within 3 days and provide:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the product

Where appropriate, we may provide:

• Replacement item
• Refund
• Store credit
