What is your returns policy?

Any bespoke item or made to order item such as a personalised greeting cards are excluded from the above cancellation policy.


What if the item is faulty or damaged?

We are always very disappointed on the occasion that our customers receive a faulty item. If you have identified the fault within 7 days of the purchase then you can return the item.

If any fault is identified outside of the 7 day period the return cannot be accepted.
