Returns & Cancellations

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that items are:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned in their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Personalised or bespoke items
  • Made-to-order products
  • Custom greeting cards or customised products created specifically for you

Faulty or Damaged Items

We carefully check all products before dispatch, however if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or faulty item

Where a fault or damage is confirmed, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item
  • A refund
  • Store credit

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
