How do I place an order?
Look through our website. When you find a product you like to purchase click the ‘Add to Bag’ button. Repeat the process for all the products you would like. When ready to purchase click the ‘Check out’ button and then ‘Pay Securely Now’.
How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us right away if you would like to cancel your order. As cards are personalised they still may be chargeable if they have already been printed.
Does the picture on your website accurately represent what I will be sent?
We have spent a great deal of time ensuring the images on our site accurately portray the product you receive. However, in some cases the visual representation may be approximate – due monitor calibration differences colours cannot be guaranteed.
What payment options do you take?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. This includes Mastercard and Visa payments.
Is payment secure on your website?
All Credit and Debit card payments are handled by the secure servers.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times can vary dependent upon product. You can estimate the arrival date of your order by referring to our delivery page for detailed processing and delivery information. Alternatively, contact us and speak to our friendly team for further advice.
